Transforming your fear into confident trust.

Psalm 112:1,-4, 6-8, 10

God doesn’t want the righteous to be moved.

Blessed is the man who fears the Lord.

Have to transform focus.

Regain confidence in God.  Trust God in your life.

Heaven looks down.

When you go through trials, God will be there.

His offspring will be mighty in the land; the generation

of the upright will be blessed.

Everything you do in the name of the Lord will come

back to bless you.

He is not afraid of bad news, his heart is steady- he

will not be afraid until he looks in triumph on his

adversaries.

I will triumph over this.

Don’t give up.You may not have the victory yet

but God’s not through yet.

John 16:33 Give up the illusion that you deserve a

problem free life.  We want the resolution of all

difficulties, but that is a false hope.

Phil 4:7  ..And the peace of God which surpasses

all understanding, will guard your heart and your

minds in Christ Jesus.

Matthew 14:30 But when he saw the wind, he was afraid

and began to sink  He cried out, “Lord save me!”

Hebrews 12:2 Looking to Jesus, the founder and perfector

For Joy

He endured the cross

Despising the shame (what others think or see or know)

Ps 27:1 Around the world there is a hunger for God. He is the power, not we ourselves.  He is my Lord.

Trust Him completely with your life.

Whom  shall I fear? The devil knows you have power

to back him off. THe Lord is the strength of my life.

The Lord is your instruction.

Isa 60:20-21 THe Lord is the promise.

If you are confused, you aren’t trusting God.

Ps 118:14-24 The Lord is my strength and my song.

He has become my salvation.  If you really have the goods

atmosphere changes when you come in.

If you are going through something now, it’s not over yet.

Ps 23: 1-6

The Lord is my Shepherd. You are never alone.

Prov18:10 The name of the Lord is a strong tower.

OUR LORD IS A MIGHTY WARRIOR AND A STRONG TOWER.

God wants us to be witnesses to His power.

How are you going to act when the Holy Spirit comes on you?

Do you believe when you pray?

God help my unbelief,

Overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of your testimony.

Ps 110:3 When they see the power, your people will offer themselves freely.

Be willing to pray.

Exodus 40:34-37

Eph 2:20-21 The Spirit moves through you.

Acts 6:3  Can you trust God?  This is the time.

When God moves, move with Him.

God Always Shows Up

You may feel like you are at a standstill.  It happens when

God wants it to happen.  Have to go through things for perfection to

happen.

Acts 16:25

About midnight….

Every bond unfastened.

Midnight begins a new day.

Get up! Shake the snake off.

Even though its a midnight hour, God has a plan.

Love the toad.

Midnight Praise and sing.

In our situaton-praise in the midst of trouble.

When people go through things don’t forsake them.

Act 12:19 God always show up

Acts 12:9-17 GOd is always on tie to bring you out.

Only God can change the heart. Has to be supernatural.

Are you ready for change?

Romans 12:1 There is something greater than your situation.

Don’t be conformed to the world. Church has to come together

in unity.  Don’t let the world offend you and change you.

You can’t reform yourself.

Romans 12:2

There is help on the way.  Church as to have power.  Church

must recognize the work of the enemy

In the last days ther will be manifestations of God’s power.

God wants hearts on fire. Something for each one to do

personally.

Dangerous hour-on the verge of war.  God is looking for

someone who is ready for change.  Have to be willing to

change.

Renew your mind.  Take what’s not good out and put what’s

good in.  PUt of the Word of God in. Live like Jesus showed us to live.

Romans 12:9-10 Love the poeple, hate the evil.  Quit wating for

others to bless you.

Romans 12:11 Be dedicated, serve the Lord.

Hebrews 11:6 Surrender

Romans 12:21 Ready for real change.

2 Cor 5:17 Are you in or out?If you are in Christ -NEW.

Ecc 1: 12-18 Voice of God calls you out of darkness.

Phil 1:6  Surrender-God can change you.

Eph 4:20-24 Flesh has to surrender itself to God.

Flesh is:

Stubborn

Trapped

Comfortable

Afraid of the cost

Change hurts

Flesh lacks power.

Trasformation:  Power through the price Jesus paid on the cross.

If we believe in him -can translate us from darkness to light, to

walk with Him in newness of life.

Will you take that challenge today?

Phil 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord.  Don’t just praise Him

when everything is great.  Rejoicing takes you to

another level.  In the middle of the storm cry out

to God.

Who is first in your life? There is power in rejoicing.

When you praise Him, He comes down.

Don’t let satan steal your joy.  Recognize the enemy.

He wants to cover himself. Even though there is turmoil

around you, you can have joy.  Stand firm. Don’t be

influenced by things around you.  Having done all

to stand, stand.  At any given moment God can use

you.

God can’t use people He can’t trust. There is power in

rejoicing.

Phil 3:1

Rejoice Again

James 5:8 Be patient.  Establish your hearts for the coming

of the Lord.  Only way learn to overcome- learn to rejoice.

Matt 6:25 Do not be anxious about anything.

Prov 16:3Commit your work to the Lord and your plans

will be established. Do it God’s way.

16:4 Help is on the way

Peace of God will guard your heart and mind.

Think on these things. God of peace will be with you.

Romans 1:8 Always in prayer.

Romans 7:14-20 Starting place. You can’t make it

without Jesus.

1. The law is spiritural, but I am carnal.

2. Sold under sin

Just can’t seem to act right.

Satan is out to take you out.

Leviticus 26:23-25 OT

If you will not be reformed.

Walk contrary.

You will be punished 7 times for your sins.

If you walk contrary to God, He will walk contrary to you.

You can try to do better.

There is more than you reforming yourself.

Praise God for grace! We would all be guilty.

Romans 8:3,4 Law-flesh-God sending His own son (Powerful-

read it all)

Law of flesh-requires a penalty.

God gave us a way out.

Can’t reform yourself. Instead trust God.

Law was our guardian until Christ came, in order

that we might be justified by faith.

We are now under grace.

Galatians 3:13-Redeemed from the curse.

Galations 3: 24, 25 After faith is come (Justified)

Galations 4: 4,5 But at the right time-fulness of time-Christ.

Romans 10:4 Christ is the end.

1. Conforming-is external-more concerned with how things look.

2. Reforming is external-try to improve by ones self.

3. Transforming- is internal ( a change of the quality of a thing-change

of behaviour.)

Proverbs 4:23  Guard your heart above all else

for out of it spring the issues of life.

Romans 12:1-2 We are on a spiritual journey. Sometimes

we don’t understand the things that happen.

Every sin starts with something.

You may know something and yet not abide in it.

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed

by the renewing of your mind.

Understand:  God wants you to walk in victory.

Guard your heart.

All of us have to stand the test of time.

Don’t conform to the world.

a. Conforming is done by an outside influence.

b.  If you want to be acceped-fit in_ then you will act

like someone else wants you to act.

(Like Jello being made-It takes the shape of the mold its

poured in to.)

c.  We are not to be like the world

2 Cor 4:4 Satan is the evil of this age.

He walks about seeking whom he may devour.

…whose minds the god of this age has blinded.

Tell the tuth

It doesn’t matter if you believe the Word- It IS the truth.

You are accountable for what you do.

Truth is truth.

A lie is a lie is a lie. No such thing as a little white lie. If you

will tell a little white lie, you will tell a big black lie.

Romans 8:31-39

the devil’s influence will speak to your mind.

We all have times of testing inside and outside.

Prove-means to put it to the test.

If God is for us who can be against us?  If you stand in faith

nothing can bring you down. Tell the truth.

Ephesians 3:19…to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge

that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

Freedom-Liberty-Grace-Power

Those in the flesh cannot please God.

Rom :8, 7,18, 21 the liberty of the children of God.

You have been adopted into the Kingdom.  When

God adopts you, He doesn’t give up on you.  Saves

you to the utmost-but there are still things that need

to be worked on.

Rom 6:23 The wages of sin is death.

1 Cor 15:3 Christ died for our sins.  Law of sin and death.

Receive-open your heart.  Believe when you don’t see.

You want what you want no matter the consequences.

James 1:25 Law of Liberty

A. It’s a declaration of righteousness by Christ.

B. Offer of peace and pardon (through Christ)

C. Free promise of eternal life.

Would Jesus want me to see that?

Want me to do that?

Why find something bad in everything?

Why not find something good?

Take the day as it comes.

Perservere. Take the good side.

Know the tricks of the enemy.

Pray “God show me”

Law of faith

Rom 3:27 Perfect Law- only christ could be the only

sacrifice to bring release from the eternal death sentence

that law brings upon all sinners.

John 8:36 Sin brings bondage.

Being free, we can obey God (no fear or guilt)

James 2:12 Mat 2: 37-50

God’s Word teaches us all have sinned. Rom 3:10, 23, 6:23
